We opened Pyxis in 2009, convinced that converting that mathematical impossibility was, actually, possible. How? Through cooperation and synergy, aspects that help us maximize the collective growth.

This culture is also the base once inside: from our work teams to enhancing the incubation of small companies of added value that share our working culture.

We take care of the working culture based on respect, empathy, transparency, liberty, creativity, proactivity and trust. This is what we call enjoyable professional work, the spine of Pyxis’s culture.

Twice a year, we organize our traditional Open Space, an exchange opportunity with the team,  where we can give our opinions, make the most of the collaboration and foment our ecosystem’s co- participation and co- creation.

 

In these activities, we build more than 100 work tables to re-think Pyxis as a team. We create new processes, tools, events and we review our culture and philosophy. This spaces are fundamental in order to maintain our essence alive and count on everyone’s vision.
