Contract and Methodology
Agile methodologies and time and materials contracts. We are ready for efficiency.
Agile work methodologies
Flexibility to changes that occur in the implementation of any project. Continuous improvement of quality. A relationship of mutual trust with the client. These are the starting points of agile work methodologies.
We invite our clients to work over these methodologies, focusing on scrum. In this way, we promote the transparent and everyday bond with our clients from the starting point, leaving out the fine print in the contract.
How do we achieve these objectives?
Prioritizing the interactions between people over the rigid processes and work schemes.
Promoting flexible work teams, prepared to respond to changes and modifications that may arise in the implementation of projects. Thus, they are capable or redrawing the initial objectives at any point of the process.
Thus, a series of agile principles are established:
Frequent partial deliveries that gives answers to the client's issues and ensure a rapid return on investment since the beginning. In this way, we skip communication errors during the process.
Accepting that projects are evolutionary and their implementation will involve changes in the initial plan.
Now working for the client but working with the client.
Trust fully in the team's execution and generate self managed work teams. Stimulates the reflection and team analysis to promote continuous quality improvement.
Scrum is one of the methodologies that brings these concepts down to earth: it emphasizes in a 100% fluid and transparent relationship with the client and generates self managed and reflexive teams. These teams are the ones in charge of designing their own goals, objectives and global organization of the project. Committing to partial deliveries that are used, in turn, to correct errors or new needs in the final project.
In turn, they generate moments of reflection before each delivery to continuously improve the processes.
Time and material contracts
Agility, flexibility and teamwork.
The objective: to Prioritize the results of our clients.
We build long term relationships on the basis of trust.
To achieve this, we invite our clients to develop a dynamic back and forth working model on the basis of time and materials contracts.
Therefore, we avoid “key in hand” projects.
This contract model allows us to define objectives and a roadmap tailored to each project. Thus, we are able to follow the construction of each solution since an idea is born until its real value is identified.
Based on this objectives, we come up with multidisciplinary teams with all the required roles.
Teams based on collective work and proactivity.
Teams focused on giving partial deliveries of working software since the early stages.
This allows us to model the real value of each project through collective and continuous building, together with our clients.
